　　應用：海洋漂浮軟管是浮式儲油輪（ FPSO）上外輸系統的長線關鍵設備，用于運輸的原油和石油產品，是FPSO生產管理中不可或缺的重要裝備。
　　1、內襯由合成橡膠制成，作為內流體圍壁，阻止流體外溢。
　　2、加強層由尼龍簾線、聚酯簾線、鋼絲簾線等材料制成，提高軟管抗拉強度。
　　3、纏繞鋼絲加強層由高強度碳鋼鋼絲制成，來提高軟管的整體性，保證軟管耐負壓性能。
　　4、漂浮層是采用不吸水、彎曲不斷裂的微孔發泡漂浮材料制成，使軟管具有漂浮性能。
　　5、外層是采用耐老化、耐磨、耐油、耐海水腐蝕的合成橡膠或聚氨酯材料制成，保護軟管不受損壞。
