CWX系列船用臥式自吸離心旋渦泵，分為有托架和無托架兩種。該泵為兩級結構：泵蓋與外隔板間裝有離心工作輪——第一級；外隔板與內隔板間裝有漩渦工作輪——第二級。該泵能自吸工作，首次啟動前泵體內注滿水，由于吸入接管和排除接管的位置均高于泵體，所以泵停車后，保證泵體內的存水，故再次啟動就不需要注水便能自吸工作。該泵采用機械密封，密封性能好。該泵具有工作平穩、壽命長的優點。適用于船舶裝置抽送飲水、洗滌及衛生用的淡水及海水（T＜85℃）。
